Fresh baked Pork Pastie (13 cm)
Filled with imported Pork, potato and carrot in a great tasting mildly spicy fresh baked pork pastie. We mince our own pork. We use real butter, and flour made from Australian grown wheat.

Our products are fresh baked here on a weekly basis. Boxed items delivered frozen. Frozen pasties are able to be kept safely in the freezer for up to 3 months (or the fridge for 3 days. Do not refreeze after thawing); The pasties are fully cooked and ready to thaw and heat up* any time you feel like biting into a great tasting Pork Pastie!
Delivery
- Sometimes in stock ready for next day delivery, however allow typically 3-5 days for preparation, baking and delivery of order subject to availability and baking schedules. (We will advise of delivery date within 1 working day of order placement).
- Smaller deliveries can be delivered hot on specific request in notes section, with default and larger quantities delivered frozen.
- Delivery fee calculated on checkout for Ho Chi Minh and Vung Tau, or after order placement if address not recognised. Can still exit/cancel order after being advised of delivery fee.

* Heating Instructions.
- Wrap 1 frozen pastie in a paper towel and heat on High for 2 1/2 minutes (Depending on microwave power; Check that centre underside of pie is hot.) Sit for 2 mins to cool. Can be eaten as is, or preferably, if convection oven available, then after taking out of microwave also;
- Place in middle of preheated oven at 170°C for 7 minutes (until top starts to become crisp).
- (Can be placed directly from freezer, after removing plastic wrap, in middle of preheated oven at 160°C for 40 minutes). Sit for 2 minutes to cool then serve.
