Our Ribs are imported from Australia, trimmed, sliced and safely vacuum wrapped by us locally, delivered frozen; Able to be stored in the freezer for up to 4 months.

- Thaw portion to be used overnight in refrigerator
- Either salt to taste before frying (Plain), or thaw overnight in bowl of Korean style marinade (Marinaded)
- (Marinade can be made with soy sauce, diced onion, diced garlic, brown sugar, white vinegar, sesame oil, vegetable oil and pepper.)
- Preheat frying pan on high
- Sear ribs for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes to cook through
