Our Beef is imported from Australia. Our sausages are portioned and safely vacuum wrapped by us locally, delivered frozen; Able to be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.

• In stock and ready to deliver same or next day. Orders received by 3 pm delivered by 3pm the day next day (24 hours from order).

• Thaw sausages to be used overnight in refrigerator
• Heat frying pan on low heat
• Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan
• Cook gently, turning sausage frequently so as not to burst the casing
• Cook for approximately 10 minutes until browned evenly and no longer soft to press with the tongs
