Sliced at around 10mm, bone in.

Our Ribs are imported from Canada, trimmed, sliced and safely vacuum wrapped by us locally, delivered frozen; Able to be stored in the freezer for up to 4 months.

• In stock and ready to deliver same or next day. Orders received by 3 pm delivered by 3pm the day next day (within 24 hours of order).

• Thaw portion to be used overnight in refrigerator in bowl of Korean style marinade
• (Marinade can be made with soy sauce, diced onion, diced garlic, brown sugar, white vinegar, sesame oil, vegetable oil and pepper.)
• Preheat frying pan on high
• Sear ribs for 1-2 minutes per side.
• Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes to cook through
